Dirt Dumpster Rental & Lowboy Containers in Lomita, CA
Specialty 10-yard lowboy dumpsters for clean dirt, concrete, asphalt, and other heavy debris. Flat-rate pricing, same-day delivery, and weight limits sized for legal hauling across the South Bay.
What Is a Lowboy Dumpster?
A lowboy roll-off is a short, reinforced 10-yard container built specifically for dense materials. Walls are only about 3.5 feet tall — low enough to push a wheelbarrow over the side, but strong enough to haul up to 10 tons of dirt or concrete without exceeding California road weight limits.
Standard 20–40 yard roll-offs can't legally leave the job site if you fill them with heavy debris. A lowboy is the right tool for foundation digs, hardscape tear-outs, driveway replacements, pool removals, and landscape grading throughout Lomita and the South Bay.

Weight Limits & Loading Rules
Heavy-debris loads are regulated by the California DOT and the receiving recycler. Following these rules keeps your rental at the flat rate — no overage charges, no re-tarp fees.
10 ton maximum per lowboy
Our 10-yard lowboy is rated to 20,000 lbs of dirt, concrete, or asphalt. That's a level-full container — never mounded.
One material per container
Dirt, concrete, and asphalt must be source-separated to qualify for heavy-debris recycling rates. Mixing them re-classes the load as C&D.
Level loads only
Heavy debris must sit at or below the top rail. DOT regulations prohibit hauling overfilled heavy loads, even tarped.
Driveway placement preferred
Lowboys are heavy when loaded. Place on a hard, level driveway or pad — soft soil or new asphalt can be damaged.
